On-Site Operations & Programs Coordinator – Overnight Sports Camp (New England Lacrosse Camp)

Join the team at Signature Sports Camps as an On-Site Operations & Programs Coordinator, where you’ll help run the daily logistics and experiences that make our overnight camps so special.

This is a high-energy, leadership-focused role where you’ll work closely with the Locational Director to help organize daily camp operations, support coaches and staff, capture camp moments for families, and ensure campers have an incredible week.

About Our New England Lacrosse Camp (Lacrosse Experience Not Required) 

Brewster Academy hosts Signature Sports Camps’ New England overnight lacrosse camp, set on a beautiful lakeside campus in the charming town of Wolfeboro. Campers spend the week developing their lacrosse skills with experienced coaches while enjoying the full sleepaway camp experience, including team competitions, evening activities, and time on Lake Winnipesaukee. Our staff create a supportive, high-energy environment where athletes grow both on and off the field. The week is filled with skill development sessions, games, waterfront activities, and classic camp traditions that make the experience memorable for every camper. The On-Site Operations & Programs Coordinator plays an important role in helping the week run smoothly so coaches can focus on instruction and campers can focus on having the best week of their summer.

Responsibilities

Daily Camp Operations

  • Share the daily schedule with coaches and staff and ensure everyone is aligned on timing and locations
  • Help set up activity areas and equipment before campers arrive
  • Support smooth transitions between activities and programs throughout the day
  • Assist with check-in and check-out setup and breakdown

Program & Staff Support

  • Provide hands-on support to coaches and staff to keep activities organized and on schedule
  • Help coordinate equipment and activity spaces across the camp
  • Communicate with the Locational Director about operational needs or adjustments during the day

Camper & Parent Experience

  • Capture photos and short videos of camp activities throughout the day
  • Gather highlights from coaches and staff to help compile the daily camp newsletter
  • Help organize parent updates so families feel informed and connected to their camper’s experience

Camper Safety

  • Support staff in maintaining clear supervision of campers during activities and transitions
  • Assist with camper headcounts and group movement between program areas
  • Help reinforce camp safety procedures and maintain a structured camp environment

Camp Culture & Energy

  • Lead with enthusiasm and positivity to create a fun, high-energy environment
  • Engage with campers and staff to encourage participation in activities and competitions
  • Help maintain momentum throughout the day by keeping transitions smooth and campers engaged
